Terms of use

Terms of use define the rules of selling products offered by the store www.venusand.co.

1 | Company

The Internet store operating at www.venusand.co, hereinafter referred to as Venus and Co, is owned by Kabe Studio Ltd. Suite 15, Charter House, Courtlands Road Eastbourne,
BN22 8UY United Kingdom with the email address hola@venusand.co and shop@venusand.co. 

All photos on Venus and Co. website are our authorship and are subject to protection, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 2006.90.631, as amended).

2 | General information 

The products presented on Venus and Co. website are products offered by Kabe Studio Ltd. The offer includes paper, decorative, educational and many other products.

Store Venus and Co. reserves the right to withdraw from sale some of the products on the store pages.

The transaction takes place over the Internet in the form of a remote agreement between the orderer – hereinafter referred to as the Customer – and the Venus and Co. store and is generally concluded in English.

The consolidation, security and making available of important provisions of agreements concluded by means of distance communication takes place by providing the Customer with a proof of purchase (bill or invoice) together with delivered products.

All prices in the Venus and Co. store are gross prices (including VAT, customs and other taxes). Prices are expressed in gbp, euro or your local currency and do not include shipping costs, which are given separately in the description of each item.

The condition to start using the store is to read these Terms of use and accept them.

3 | Orders

Information about products in the Venus and Co. store, including descriptions, prices constitute an invitation to submit an offer to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code and the Terms of use.

In order to make a purchase in the Internet store registered at the domain address: www.venusand.co and at the same time to conclude a sales contract, it is necessary to place an order on the store’s website and fill in the order form. The Customer submits an offer to Venus and Co. to conclude Sales Agreement by clicking the “Place order” button in the “Cart” section. 

In order to execute the order it is required to provide the delivery address (first and last name, street, postal code, city) and contact details (first and last name, phone, e-mail). Orders can be placed for 24 hours a day.

The customer can place an order without registering his data on the website (without logging in).

We reserve the right to refuse questionable orders, i.e. without providing a telephone number or e-mail address where we can confirm the order.

The customer can make changes to the order or withdraw it until it is sent. Making changes to the order or withdrawing it is possible by contacting Venus and Co at shop@venusand.co and stating in the title: “Cancellation/Change + order number”.

Prices are displayed in GBP, EUR, USD or PLN depending on the location. The price given for each product is binding at the moment of placing an order by the Customer.

Venus and Co. store reserves the right to change prices of products on offer, introduce new products to the offer of the online store, carry out and cancel promotional actions on the store’s websites or make changes to them.

The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered products:

If you need to issue an invoice when placing an order, you need to provide the exact data necessary to properly issue the invoice.

5 | Costs and delivery time

We try to do all shipments from our studio  immediately after receiving payment. It can take up to 7 working days (counted from the receipt of payment for the order).

All shipments are sent through the courier company Furgonetka. Shipments are sent:

  • UK and EU by UPS/DPD/FedEx. Estimated delivery time in Europe is four/ five working days. 
  • Poland by InPost or Poczta Polska. The expected delivery time in Poland is two/three working days.

We are not responsible for uncollected parcels. We re-send parcels that return to the sender, for an additional fee from the recipient.

The Customer bears sole responsibility for the correctness of the indicated data and bears all financial costs related to address errors (in particular, the costs of sending the package to the wrongly indicated address and the costs of return to the sender of such a package).

The cost of delivery, specified in the Internet store, is added to each order.

We make every effort to ensure that the parcel is very solidly packed and delivered to the Customer in the shortest possible time.

6 | Complaints

If the purchased goods have a defect, the customer may file a complaint in which he will specify his demands for bringing the goods into conformity with the contract (by repair or replacement) or returning all or part of the paid funds (by reducing the price or withdrawing from the contract). The product should be sent back to:

with a note: “Complaint”. 

Together with the claimed product Customer should also attach: 

Products without a completed complaint form will not allow us to identify the purchase and will not be considered. If the customer has lost the bill for the product, please contact the store at: shop@venusand.co with the title: Return without bill + order number

Returned products should not bear traces of use. The package in which the product will be shipped should be properly secured.

The customer will receive information on how the complaint will be dealt within 14 days from the date the store receives the claimed product. In the case of a positive response to a complaint submitted by mail, the Store will send a full product (repaired or new) to the Customer within 14 days, and if this proves impossible, it will return the full amount paid for the product together with the shipping costs.

If the complaint is rejected, the product will be sent back with an opinion on the refusal of the complaint. The shipping costs of the product in this case are non-refundable.

The customer is obliged to check the condition of the products on delivery, and any mechanical damage to the products and/or the shipment during transport should be reported in writing in the presence of the person delivering the product.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product and return the product to the store together with a completed statement of withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance to the address:

with a note: “Return”. 

The product must be returned in an unaltered condition – without any traces of use, together with the proof of purchase (confirmation of payment, bill). The costs of return shipping are not refundable.

The refund for the returned product will be credited to the account number provided by the Customer within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

The refund shall include the price for the products covered by the contract, in relation to which the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal.

The store has the right to refuse acceptance of the claimed product in case of damage or signs of use.

The store does not accept returns and complaints sent back to the store by “cash on delivery”. Customer is responsible for the cost os the shipment. Please make sure that the courier service delivers the product directly to the given return address. Products sent back to the post office will not be accepted.

7 | Personal data

Personal data will be processed by the Personal Data Administrator: Kabe Studio Ltd. Suite 15, Charter House, Courtlands Road Eastbourne,BN22 8UY United Kingdom in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws 2002.101.926, as amended) and the provisions of Articles 16-22 of the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of services by electronic means in connection with the conclusion of a contract of sale and purchase of the product in the store located at the domain address: www.venusand.co.

According to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. (Journal of Laws 133.833.1997) the Customer’s data (name, city, as well as e-mail) will not be made available to companies and third parties and registered Customers have the right to inspect, modify and delete their data in the store’s database by contacting shop@venusand.co under the following address: shop@venusand.co: “Personal data”.

In order to make payments, the data will be made available to PayU SA, Stripe, PayPal, Revolut and/or ING Bank Śląski SA. For the purpose of delivery to the address indicated by the customer, the data will be made available to courier companies through Furgonetka Sp. z o.o.. In order to follow accounting procedures, the data will be available to Gaalco Ltd.. In this sense Kabe Studio Ltd, PayU SA, Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, ING Bank Śląski SA, Furgomnetka Sp. z o. o. and Gaalco Ltd. are also Personal Data Administrators.

8 | Other

In matters not regulated by these Terms of use, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 02.03.2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products shall apply.

If the Terms of Use are subject to any changes, Sales Agreements executed before the changes are introduced shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable at the time of executing the Sales Agreement.
